All subscription payments made to Oceaniek Stream are non-refundable. This policy exists because our streaming service provides immediate access to digital content that is consumed in real-time. Once a subscription is purchased, you gain instant access to our entire content library for the duration of your subscription period.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Unwatched content during your subscription period
  • Technical issues outside of our control
  • Changes in available content during your subscription
  • Accidental purchases or subscription renewals

Cancellation Process

While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. Your access to Oceaniek Stream will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Note: If you subscribed through a third-party (Google Play Store, Apple App Store), you'll need to cancel your subscription through that platform directly.

Special Circumstances

While our no-refund policy is standard, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In the following cases, please contact our support team for assistance:

  • Unauthorized charges or suspected fraud
  • Extended service outages (24+ hours) on our end
  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period

Each case will be reviewed individually, and any exceptions to our policy are at the sole discretion of Oceaniek Stream management.
